PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ORAC-15MTM is a highly concentrated, patent pending, extract of grape skin and seeds. The extract is rich in polyphenols and other naturally occurring antioxidant compounds. These are concentrated using a patent pending process to a level which makes ORAC-15MTM one of the highest known ORAC value ingredients, (see table on following page).
ORAC-15MTM with its precisely guaranteed ORAC levels, high solubility and low taste profile is ideal for adding defined antioxidant power to beverages, foods and supplements.
SOLUBILITY AND TASTE
ORAC-15MTM has excellent solubility, and a mild taste profile. It is ideal in supplements, juice, tea, carbonated drinks, smoothies, gels, RTD sports/fitness applications, health bars and foods. It also imparts a beautiful color while taking your product to the ultimate level in defined antioxidant activity. The mild taste of ORAC-15MTM will allow you to sweeten less and savor more.

OXYGEN RADICAL ABSORBANCE CAPACITY (ORAC)
ORAC was developed by the USDA to reliably quantify the anti-oxidant capacity of foods and supplement compounds. ORAC is reported in Trolox Equivalents (TE), per one gram of product tested. Trolox is a water-soluble vitamin-E like compound that is used as the standard. The technology to accurately do this testing was developed and patented by Brunswick Labs. ORAC-15MTM and all of ENI's range of antioxidant ingredients are tested by Brunswick's patented method.
Recommended Dosage: Recommended ORAC intake (USDA) is approximately 5,000 units/day, though it is estimated that most people consume less than 3,000 units/day. To achieve 100% of the USDA recommended daily level of ORAC antioxidant, a dose level of 350mg of ORAC-15MTM provides a little over 5,000 ORAC units [1].
